24-Hour Care at Home
Around-the-clock caregiving for patients who cannot safely be left alone, including overnight coverage and shift rotation.
What is 24-Hour Care?
Some patients cannot safely be alone at any time of day — advanced dementia patients, post-stroke patients with fall risk, and end-of-life patients in particular. Our 24-hour care provides continuous coverage with caregiver rotation, ensuring an alert and well-rested caregiver is present at all times. This is different from "live-in" care, which involves a single caregiver with sleep hours; 24-hour care is fully awake coverage in shifts.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between 24-hour care and live-in care?
24-hour care uses multiple caregivers in shifts so someone is always awake and alert. Live-in care uses a single caregiver who works long hours with scheduled sleep time. 24-hour care is safer for patients with high needs or fall risk.
