Post-Surgery Care at Home
Coordinated recovery support at home after hospital discharge, combining skilled nursing, therapy, and personal care.
What is Post-Surgery Care?
Recovering at home after surgery is faster and safer than recovering in a facility for most patients, but it requires the right support. Our post-surgery care combines skilled nursing for wound care and medication management, physical and occupational therapy for mobility recovery, and personal care for daily activities. We coordinate directly with your surgeon's office and the hospital discharge planner so nothing falls through the cracks.
